Vest Base Mesh Material Requirements must be 100% Raschel Knit Fire Retardant nylon. They must also meet or exceed MIL-C-8061 and FAR 25.853 standards. The Pocket Material must be heavyweight, domestic Cordura, woven and colorfast jet dyed, fire retardant IAW FAR 25.853. This solicitation is for 100% small business set-asides.
