The Kansas Army National Guard, Leader Development Center at Ft Leavenworth, Kansas intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with several hotels in the Kansas City Missouri Airport area to satisfy hotel lodging requirements for the Warfighter Exercise. The exercise typically requires 400 to 500 double occupancy rooms during a 20-30 day period in the summer months of July, August, and September. Because of transportation restrictions, hotels must be located either in Ft Leavenworth or Lansing, KS or in the Kansas City Missouri Airport area and be within a 25 mile driving distance. We anticipate establing a three year BPA with each hotel that meets our location requirement. Hotels will be awarded orders based on their daily room rate (least cost) until all our requirement is meet with the hotels who have established BPAs. Interested parties who meet the location requirement should respond to this notice within 15 calendar days or no later than 1 December 1998. These BPAs are being solicitedon an unrestricted basis..
