The soil will be removed from Bainbridge Naval Training Center, Brainbridge, Maryland. The Subtitle "D" Landfill must be licensed per all applicable state, federal and local requirements. The Government will provide all labor and equipment to load trucks. Contractor will be required to work 12 hour a days, 7 days per week.
