Belvoir, VA, has a requirement for contract services and ancillary facilities for receiving, storing, protecting, and shipping 4,285 bbls. of Government-owned diesel fuel (DL2)in designated areas of Oklahoma for a period of five (5) years commencing May 1, 1999. Storage facilities smaller than 30,000 gallons (714 barrels) per site are not acceptable. Fuel stocks are expected to be static, with turnover anticipated to occur only due to stock rotation requirements. Receiving Shipping Capability: Via Government-furnished tank truck, as needed, on an 8 hour (8:00 AM -- 4:00 PM)per day, five days per week basis, and in excess of those hours on an overtime basis. Pumping capability and flow rates must be compatible with both Government-furnished and Government-owned tank trucks. All tanks and facilities must meet current API standards, NFPA codes, and all pertinent laws and regulations.
