These Services are to be provided on a firm fixed price task order basis for the following: the Dakota Prairie Grasslands,Lewis & Clark, Helena, Custer, Beaverhead/Deerlodge; and Gallatin National Forests, which are located in Montana, North Dakota and part of South Dakota. The performance period shall be for one year beginning on the date of award with two pre-priced optional years. Competent firms suitably staffed are invited to submit SF 254, Architect-Engineer Questionnaire and SF 255, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for a Specific Project. It is anticipated that more than one contract may be awarded based on locality. In evaluating proposals, the following criteria will be applied: (1) professional qualifications and experience of key personnel as necessary for the satisfactory performance of required services; (2) specialized experience and technical competence of the firm in the type of work required; (3) capability of the firm to accomplish the work (including any specialized services) in the required time; (4) past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules; (5) location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the project locality.
