Construct tower foundation; Erect complete tower structure; Install 200 ft climbing ladder with safety rail; Install 1ea lightning rod assembly; Install 1ea lightning kit with conduit; Install 4ea microwave dish mounts; Install 1ea base grounding kit; Install 1ea anti-climb warning assembly; Install 200 ft waveguide ladder assembly; Remove excavation debris and construction materials from site upon completion of installation.
