A determination has been made in accordance with 10 U.S.C.(c)(1)(b)(6) that standardization and interchangeability of parts are necessary to satisfy the agency's need for additional units of replacement terms. Therefore, to achieve standardization, solicitations will be issued only to the following firms: Parker-Hannifin (82106) Aerospace Group, 14300 Alton Pky, Irvin, CA 92718 and Lockheed Martin (98897), Aeronautical Sys, 865 Cobb Dr, Marietta, GA 30063. Thisacquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical data; therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Lockheed Martin (98897) and Parker-Hannifin (82106). It is anticipated that award will be made via delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement.
