Headquarters, US Army Intelligence & Security Command, Fort Belvoir, Va intends to award a sole source contract to Program Contract Services, Inc. This is a small business set-aside. The proposed acquisition is for service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The requirement is to manage, integrate, test, train, sustain, and support Airborne, Ground, Manned and Unmanned, Intelligence Reconnaissance collection and Analysis systems. This program support is for technology demonstration and fielded systems actively engaged in the warfighters missions. This program management support is required for continued sustainment and modernization through spares efforts and ongoing systems deployment support CONUS and OCONUS operations. The contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, materials, and supplies to support the program management, logistics and maintenance efforts for airborne and ground reconnaissance intelligence collection systems. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A SOLICITATION DOES NOT EXIST. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. All capabilities statements received within 15 days of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
