An A-76 Cost Comparision study is being conducted on the NCTAMS NRTF in accordance with the OMB Circular A-76 Cost Comparison procedures. The contractor shall provide services for the NRTF VLF/LF and HF antenna systems. Services are to include the operation, maintenance, modification, upgrade, and repair of the Very Low Frequency/Low Frequency transmitters and the High Frequency reciever antennas at Lualualei and Wahiawa, Hawaii.
