It had previusly been cancelled in order to procure it under the provisions of the Randolph-Sheppard Act using direct negotiation with Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission (ORSC). It is being reopened as follows: The acquisition is to provide full food service operation of the Pitsenbarger Dining Facility on Wright-Patterson AFB. This service will be seven days a week including flight meals and ground feeding. Housekeeping and groundskeeping services are also required. Award will be made using the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The contract will consist of a base period of 1 April 1999 through 30 September 1999 and four one-year options beginning 1 October 1999. The proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 5812 entitled "Food Service, Institutional." Businesses including their affiliates with average annual receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $15,000,000 are considered small.
