This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) N00102- 99-R-2028. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 97-06. The associated standard industrial classification code is 7011. The small business size standard is $5,000,000.00. Five (5) lots of rooms will be required in support of the SSN 708 SRA to be located at the Naval Operating Base (NOB) in Norfolk, VA for the following estimated dates: 04 JAN 99 through 31 MAR 99. An estimated total number of room days is 7,897. Estimated checkout date will be 01 APR 99. Only ACTUAL rooms utilized by PNS personnel will be paid for. A minimum of 48 hours notice will be given to the contractor of rooms not being utilized by PNS personnel and sold back. All rooms must be "efficiency" units to include a full kitchen w/stove and cooktop, microwave and refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, etc. A separate living area from the bedroom area.
