Potential Sources Sought. This is not a RFP. In accordance with FAR
Part 10, NAVAIRSYSCOM is conducting market research for Commercial
Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the Tri-Service C-12 fleet
located worldwide. These aircraft are derivatives of the Beech B200
King-Air and the 1900 C commercial aircraft. Two Pratt & Whitney PT-6A
turboprop engines power each aircraft. The Tri-Service aircraft are
operated by the Government from various locations worldwide. Contractor
performance requirements include: Providing comprehensive maintenance
and logistics support for aircraft including engines, avionics and
major components in accordance with FAA approved maintenance and repair
standards and service unique requirements; furnishing all necessary
consumables, parts and materials, support and test equipment, peculiar
tools, overhaul facilities, maintenance of Government Furnished ground
support equipment at the bed down bases; performing crash damage
repair, engine repair and overhaul, propeller repair and overhaul,
aircraft depot level repair, and modification and overhaul. Technical
data (flight manuals, maintenance manuals, etc) updates/revisions are
required. Potential sources should be able to meeting the requirements
of revised FAR part 12 and be familiar with commercial streamlined
procedures. Viable sources for the aforementioned services should
provide a written paragraph, no longer than 500 words, describing their
capabilities. Sources that provide the aforementioned services
commercially to the general public should also submit commercial
brochures and/or price lists. PROPOSALS ARE NOT BEING SOLICITED AT THIS
