DeVonish, 251 Castleton Terrace, Upper Marlboro, Maryland 20774. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to support the Bureau of Primary Health Care's (BPHC) Child Health Insurance Program (CHIP) activities. The contractor shall: attend meetings of the BPHC Outreach workgroup, provide staff support and prepare analyses with input from the workgroup; prepare implementation plans for BPHC CHIP outreach activities for FY 1999 and FY 2000 and develop and implement a plan to evaluate the impact of these outreach activities; develop and implement regional community outreach worker forums; prepare and present briefings; and prepare a final report of all project activities. Ms. Valorie A. DeVonish is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is one year.
