The Government requires manufacture of Shoulder-Launched Multipurpose Assault Weapon (SMAW) spotting rifle barrel tube subassemblies, manufactured in accordance with NSWC Crane Statement of Work and Marine Corps drawing 82A5027A5133. The contractor will be required to perform rifle chamber pressure testing and headspace verification on each rifle tube subassembly. Delivery of 25 each is required F.o.b. Crane within 180 days after contract award, with 20 each to be delivered per month thereafter until complete. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at NSWC Crane within 30 days of receipt. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns. See Numbered Note 1. The Standard Industrial Code is 3499 and the size standard is 500 employees.
