Notes: 8, 13, 22, 26 The Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP) Office, Kirtland AFB NM is soliciting proposal for one backup target launch vehicle, with an option to purchase an additional vehicle, to support the Ground Based Interceptor GBI Program. The target launch vehicle will serve as a backup to the Initial Complex Payload Mission which was recently placed on order (Delivery Order F29601-97-D-0150-0003) under the Orbital/Sub-Orbital Program (OSP) contract. Launch of the Initial Complex Payload Mission is expected to occur Feb 2000.
