Scope of work includes; Bldg. 100, Area 1C, install four lavatories, create group room (250 sf), install carpet (750 sf) paint walls (1400 sf of floor space), and make other minor improvements. 2) Bldg. 100, Area 1D, prepare for two audiology booths (700 sf), construction two ear labs (100 sf each), and make other minor improvements. The actual booth relocation is not part of the scope of work for this contract. This project is subject to the availability of funds. The cost range for the project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000.
