This project will provide new air conditioning to the upper two patient occupied floors of three buildings from a new independent central chiller building. Each floor contains approx. 15,000 sq ft, for a total of approx 90,000 sq ft of space to be conditioned. System controls will interface with an existing fiber optic backbone for monitoring and management at a central location. All work shall be provided to provide a complete functional system including chiller and building, air handling systems, ductwork, controls, heating, etc. All work must comply with federal construction specifications and NY State Historical Society requirements.
