The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary to perform medical transcription services at Patrick AFB, FL. The contractor shall provide transcription of medical outpatient services provided to government beneficiaries. Transcription will be provided for radiology, family practice, pediatrics, orthopedics, the extended hours clinic, and other outpatient clinics. The contractor shall provide services in government-furnished facilities at the 45th Medical Group with government-furnished property to include computer terminals with printers and microcassettes. The contractor shall furnish all labor, reports, and transcription of dictation and consultation except as provided in Section C-3 of the PWS. Services shall cover the range of transcription services provided in civilian medical treatment facilities. Performance shall be in strict accordance with the standards in the PWS and all current local, state, and federal regulations. The SIC code and size standard are 7338/$5M.
