for commercial parts prepared in accordance with the format in FAR
subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in
the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes
are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This
is a request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-99-Q-3FC743. This
solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are
in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-08. The standard
industrial classification code is 5084 and the size standard is 100
employees. The requirement is for the following: 1. Oily Water
separator, SIGMA Model S2-25, 15PPM, rated at 25 GPM processing rate
with SHIMADZU Model ET-35A oil Content Monitor and Recirculating Valve
Installed. Qty (3) each. 2. Additional Oil Content Monitor, SHIMADZU
Model ET-35A. Qty (3) each. 3. 10 AMP Fuses. Qty (36) each. 4. Thermal
Units for internal control box. Qty (9) each. 5. System pump stator.
Qty (3) each. 6. System pump mechanical seal. Qty (3) each. 7. System
pilot light bulbs. Qty (3) each. 8. System 100lbs Coalescer Box. Qty
(3) each. 9. System solenoid valve repair kit, model # 18A45K. Qty (3)
each. 10. Coalescer Beads. Qty (3) each. All items to be shipped to
U.S. Coast Guard Yard, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation
to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be
most advantageous to the government, price and other factors
considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offer:
