DACW43-99-T-7019. It is being readvertised under the new solicitation no. DACW43-99-B-0210. It is a commercial requirement using the provisions of FAR Part 12. The required stone is Quarry Run -- 4,900 Tons, 400 lb. Riprap -- 1400 Tons, Clay -- 1000 Tons, and 3 inch stone (CA-1) -- 390 tons. The Contractor is responsible for transportation from the point of origin to Carlyle Lake and shall furnish certified weight tickets for each shipment. The Contractor must be capable of hauling a minimum of 400 tons or rock/stone per day, deliveries to begin 30 days after contract award. Solicitation will be available on or about 21 December 1998.
