The contractor will provide a fully automated, operational on-line electronic system which shall be the contractor/vendors own choice. However, all ordering activities under this contract must be able to utilize the system by accessing the system via INTERNET. Anticipate Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract for commercial items for base plus four one year option periods. Solicitation to be issued approximately 8 Jan 1999.
