Dept. of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Coastal Svcs Ctr is soliciting bids on a full and open competitive basis from qualified offerors to provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to effect complete mechanical maintenance and repairs to all heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and associated equipment located at the NOAA Coastal Svcs Ctr, Bldg #1 and Bldg #2, 2234 South Hobson Ave., Charleston, SC 29405-2413. HVAC equipments include Siebe/Barber-Colman Environmental Controls, Carrier, Reliance Variable Speed Drive, and Liebert. Contractor personnel shall be fully qualified to repair, maintain and operate the HVAC equipment. Documentation/certification of qualifications must be provided. The award will be a five -year contract with base period and four option years. Contractor site visit is highly recommended.
