Contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as required by the contract drawings and specifications for roofing repairs and/or restoration at various facilities at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base. Specific work includes : 1) Replacement of existing roof and insulation at Bldg. 120, Fire Hall. 2) Replacement of existing roof and insulation at Bldg. 240, Supply Warehouse. 3) Restoration of existing roof systems at Bldg. 101, Maintenance Control Facility; Bldg. 102, Squadron Operations; Bldg. 134, Reserve Forces Operations Center; Bldg. 320, Base Civil Engineering; Bldg. 321, Civil Engineering Storage. 4) Install Elastomeric roof coating system at Bldg. 113, Aircraft Maintenance Hangar.
