The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: (A) Grout the voids beneath the utility vault with flowable Portland cement grout. Replace the distressed asphalt paving and curbs around the utility vault. (B) Pave the 4,800 square foot grass area surrounding the paint locker and magazine with asphalt. (C) Replace the existing Stanley Model ASJH-4 front gate operator. Drawings and specifications can be purchased on a first come, first served basis, at the rate of $20.
