Food Services to on-base locations consisting of serving and replenishing food, cleaning facilities, equipment and utensils, preparing vegetables and fruits for the salad bar, busing tables in the dining areas, performing cashier services, handling foods, supplies and equipment, maintaining quality control, ensuring operator maintenance and minor/major repair of food service equipment and in the event of a contingency, performing all required tasks to include cooking to ensure continued service. Period of performance: 1 Apr 99 thru 30 Sep 99 with four option periods, 1 Oct 99 thru 30 Sep 00, 1 Oct 00 thru 30 Sep 01, 1 Oct 01 thru 30 Sep 02, and 1 Oct 02 thru 30 Sep 03. This project is 100% set-aside Nationally under the Competitive 8A Program. The Solicitation is available over the internet only, NO HARD COPIES will be sent.
