The notice was erroneously entered as a Presolicitation Notice when it should have been R=Sources Sought Notice. The Synopsis has been modified to (Sources Sought Notice). To those of you who responded earlier, your company name and point of contact will be added to our list of interested sources. This is a sources sought synopsis. This synopsis is to seek adequate competition to provide Occupational Medicine/Occupational Medicine Services at the U.S. Naval Hospital Guam. The Service Provider shall provide Occupational Medicine program administration to include resource management, clinic support functions, and information management, including report preparation and submission to include: Medical examinations including pre-placement examinations, certification examinations, surveillance examinations, disability examinations, work-site visits, and medical suitability determinations. Evaluation, treatment, referral and case management of work related injuries and illnesses. Recommend patient referrals to personal provider of employees choice for all non-occupational health problems, e.g. diabetes, hypertension, etc. Services shall be provided at the U.S. Naval Hospital Guam, building locations will be assigned at a later date.
