Responsible firm's believing they can provide the above effort should submit a written response on company letterhead and supply the following information. 1) Location turbines are/were installed (name of wind park). 2) Date turbines were installed. 3) Number of operational hours. 4) Is the turbine currently operating. 5) Significant component replacement/repair (generator, gearbox, rotor, blades, control system, etc.) 6) Approximate date of availability (availability means removed and packaged for shipment).
