Work includes, but is not limited to: construction planning documents and asbestos assessment which outlines a sequenced/phased plan for multiple construction projects to improve environmental conditions (provide air conditioning) in patient areas. Considerations include utility capacity, HVAC system location, chillers, cooling towers, AHU locations, and piping systems. All work shall be performed in accordance with scope of work. This acquisiton is limited to firms located within a 95 mile radius of the VAWNYHS, Buffalo, NY. Otherwise, this acquisition is unrestricted (meaning that any firm can apply regardless of business size). A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded.
