YellowBird, Contracting Officer, (505)346-7576 BIA, Albuquerque Area Office, Branch of Roads requires construction services on Projects SP74(1)1,2&4, Jemez River Bridge, and SP74(2)2&4, Old Santa Ana Road. These projects are located on the Santa Ana Indian Reservation, Sandoval County, New Mexico. Project SP74(1)1,2&4 consist of furnishing all labor, material, and incidentals necessary for the construction of a 630 feet steel girder bridge. Project SP74(2)2&4 consist of furnishing all labor, material and incidentals for road construction which include grade, drain, aggregate base course, hot asphaltic concrete surface, and culverts in 6,265 feet of road construction. Total cost estimate for these projects is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Contract performance time to complete work is set at 360 calendar days with FP-92 standards and liquidated damages set at $500.00 per day for each day of delay. This solicitation an open market procurement with the prime contractor give preference in employment and training to Indian/Alaskan Native individuals preference in award of subcontracts in accordance with 7(b) of P.L. 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450e). A subcontract plan shall be a requirement, and failure to do so will result in non-award or termination for default.
