The contractor will be responsible for marking and shipping all containers in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. The contractor will provide all manifests and process those manifests in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. The contractor will transmit copies of manifests to local, state and federal offices as required. The contractor will dispose of waste batteries, waste thermostats, and waste pesticides as Universal Waste as allowed by 40 CFR 273. The contractor will be responsible for providing all required shipping containers necessary such as drums, overpacks, etc.; unless indicated otherwise by the government. Contractor must ensure that each shipper has a valid EPA number. All required laboratory analysis will be accomplished by an accredited laboratory.
