Provide all resources necessary to perform Full Food Service (FFS) and Dining Facility Attendant (DFA) services at Fort Riley, Kansas. The contractor shall use the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) in performance of the services. The initial training for use of the AFMIS will be provided by the Government and any additional training of employees will be the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor shall use the tutorial package furnished by the government for sustainment and new employee training. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, uniforms, identification badges, health examinations, and nutrition training in performance of the services. Specific tasks for Full Food Service and Dining Facility attendant Service include, but not limited to, menu planning, receiving and storage of subsistence, food preparation, food serving, self service, cashier, administration, dining room service, floor cleaning, dishwashing, pot and pan cleaning, equipment cleaning and sanitizing. Thecontract period will be for a base year with four one-year options as required by Solicitation Number DAKF48-99-R-0003. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a firm-fixed price requirements type contract with an anticipated start date of 1 October 1999. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 5812, with a size standard of $15 million. The proposed contract is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business Concerns (SB).
