J -- BATTLE FORCE TACTICAL TRAINING (BFTT), COMBAT SIMULATION TEST SYSTEM (CSTS) AN/SSQ-91(V) SOL N00024-99-G-4032 POC Gail Nagle, Contract Specialist (SEA 02423G) (703)602-0201, Pete Troia, Contracting Officer, (703)602-0200 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-99-G-4032 with Litton Data Systems, 6608 Sunscope Drive, Ocean Springs, MS 39564. Orders will be issued for engineering and technical services to assist in planning, installation, testing, checkout, adjustment, operation, disassembly and repair of the Combat Simulation Test System (CSTS) AN/SQQ-91(V) equipment and those portions of BFTT as is related to CSTS. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Litton Data Systems is the original equipment manufacturer and sole supplier of CSTS. It is the only company which possesses the knowledge, experience and resources necessary to perform the tasks described within the time required. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
