The work consists of funishing all labor, transportation, supervision, materials, tools, and other equipment for performing all operations in connection with the removal of the existing roof system, insulation, and associated components in their entirety down to existing roof deck, gutters, downspouts, fascia, and removal and replacement of 100 square feet of damaged roof decks as directed by the Contracting Officer (if necessary); installation of new insulation, roof membrane, flashings, gutters, downspouts and fascia; and all incidental related work. The parapet flashing and parapet asphalt have been identified as asbestos containing materials. 2. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. 3.
