The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue a 12-months sole source extension to the contract DCA200-96-C-0058. This contract provides for the lease of 1.536 MBPS commercial communication between Onizuka Air Force Base, California, Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado and Cape Canaveral Air Station, Florida. The contractor is GE American Communiactions, Inc., Four Research Way, Princeton, NJ 08540-6684. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1).
