It will involve pre-surface treatment to all interior and exterior surfaces (tank, structure and accessories), painting all interior and exterior surfaces (tank, structure and accessories), applying seam sealer (seams, intermittent welded seam, and intersections), retighten of all rods and connections, clean, regrout, and weather seal base plates on the support columns, clean, patch/repair and paint the concrete footing pedestals. Work will also include the removal and replacement of the cathodic protection, level indicator, and level control system. All work to be inclusive of all electronic and mechanical components. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Estimated cost is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Estimated duration of the contract is 90 calendar days for completion.
