for Market Reseach purposes. Provide a leased CNG facility at Randolph
AFB, Tx able to fuel 25 vehicles in a one (1) hour period with an
average daily fuel consumption of five (5) gallons gasoline equivalent
(gge) for each vehicle. Facility must be able to fuel up to twp (2)
vehicles at the same time and sustain this capacity through out the 1
hour period. Facility must have capability to be expanded to be able to
fuel 100 vehicles in a four (4) hour period. Contract term would be for
a minimum of two (2) years up to a maximum of seven (7) years. Vendor
would be responsible for the arrangement and payment of all utilities
required to construct, operate and maintain the system. Vendor would
also be responsible in verifying gas line pressure and volume from the
utility company. Vendor, at its expense, would be responsible for the
length of gas line from the property line of the site to the location
of the refueling station. Minimum of two (2) expandable hoses must be
provided. The system is to be designed for simultaneous use of all
hoses. Each hose must be equipped with NGV1 fueling nozzles,
breakaways, hose retractors, and a 15 foot electically conductive hose
rated for CNG for a minimum of 5,000 psig. Station must be capable of
dispensing up to 3,600 psi. In addition, full electronic temperature
compensation for heat of compression shall be procided. Vehicle fuel
tanks will be filled to a settled 3,000 psig at 70 degrees F given an
ambient temperature of 80 degrees Farenheit. Vendor is responsible for
all maintenance on the CNG system and would respond within 24 hours
for maintenance requests. NOTE: Please furnish information on whether
CNG is considered a type of fuel or a seperate source of energy. Would
combining CNG and other fuels on a solicitation deter proposed sources
