Provide architect/engineer services to (1) inspect, test, calibrate, adjust and clean all electrical distribution equipment (infrared inspection), including both low and high voltage, located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Battle Creek, Michigan (2) utilizing existing electrical study, evaluate and design a project to improve electrical distribution of the Medical Center. The design shall meet existing national, VA, state and local requirements and codes including but not limited to redundancy feeds to the medical center and a loop system redundancy internal feed system. Three design concepts shall be developed and (3) furnish design, working drawings, estimate, construction period services for replacement of faulty equipment identifed in the inspection, testing, calibration, adjustment and cleaning required of the electrical distribution system.
