This acquisition is for nonpersonal services for a basic contract through 30 Sept 1999 with 4 option years. Contractor is to provide the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to conduct analytical services for air, liquid and solid samples. Tests to be conducted included hazardous waste characteristics, toxicity characteristics leaching procedure (TLCP) total threshold limit concentrations (TTLC), soluble threshold limit concentrations (STCL), drinking water analyses (inorganic, organic, radiological),etc. State of California must certify contractor, Department of Health Services, to perform analytical tests in compliance with Title 22 and 26, California Codes of Regulations.
