The services will provide for the implementation of the FBI's Automated Message Handling Systems (AMHS) and upgrade of the Secure Automated Message Network (SAMNET). The follow-on contract will be a firm-fixed price task order contract for five (5) years. This support requires knowledge and expertise with AMHS, SAMNET, FOX Software(DPS/6), and historical background of these systems.
