This requirement addresses the fourth year of a five year agreement between NESDIS and the University of Hawaii Marine Center (UMC) for UMC to provide an outdoor storage area, an outdoor work area, machine shop assistance, equipment rental, usage of a portion of the UMC facility (approximately 9000 sq. ft.), and purchasing assistance to the Marine Optical Buoy (MOBY) Project. Period of Performance will be for a period of one year starting from date of award. Other parties that have the ability to provide this service are invited to submit information as to their capabilities and any other pertinent data to the address above, to be received no later than 15 days from the date of this notice.
