Paige, 254-2-751613 USAID/Kenya is seeking janitorial, gardening and miscellaneous labor services for it's office and warehouse in Nairobi, Kenya. The successful bidder must be familiar with the East Africa work environment, be fluent in KiSwahili and English, be available for oral presentations within two weeks of closing date of solicitation and be able to start up within one month of contract award. This is a one year fixed price contract with fixed price labor hour additions. There will be 4 one year options; total contract not to exceed 5 years.
