Project to "Construct Medical Readiness Dorm 1722" will be issued in the near future as soon as funds are available. Work will consist of furnishing all necessary labor, materials to construct an environmentally controlled dormitory and will include demolition of the current existing 4-series hutments at the Medical Readiness Field Training Site of Sheppard AFB, Texas, in accordance with the plans and specifications for Project VNVP 981063D. Standard metal building system will be used with a minimum of interior finishing on the dormitory. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is being issued for full and open competition.
