75 -- NATIONWIDE OFFICE SUPPLIES SOL CC-99-Q-0042 POC Mark Eckl, Contracting Officer, (202)874-5040 The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has a need for a nationwide office supply contractor. The OCC requires a contractor that can provide a wide variety of commercial office supply items on a nationwide next day desk top delivery basis. The supplies shall be provided on as needed basis. The OCC has approximately 120 locations throughout the continental United States. The successful contractor must be able to provide a recent comprehensive commercial supply catalogue including at least 5000 items. The OCC requires a wide variety and selection of supplies including, but not limited to paper, binders, folders, envelopes, writing instruments, toner cartridges, A/V equipment & supplies, desk accessories, tapes and glue, office equipment, calendars, and computer accessories and supplies. The contractor shall have the capability to generate multiple usage reports including daily, monthly, annual and other special reports as requested. The contractor shall have the capability to provide all office supplies that are covered by the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act (JWOD), including all JWOD and NIB/NISH mandated items. The Contractor shall also have the capability to provide paper products that comply with the EPA's current guidelines for recycled paper. The OCC anticipates awarding a contract for a base period with four (4) one year option periods, to be exercised at the Government's discretion. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 -- Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
