The period of performance for this BPA shall be from 01 April 1999 through 31 March 2004. Offeror must be certified by the American Board of Radiology or College of Osteopathic Radiology. Radiologist must possess a valid current license from a United States jurisdication to practice medicine. The responses to this procurement shall address the applicability of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The contractor shall provide express delivery service of the examination films with a one (1) day turn around and report the findings via the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) within ten (10) hours of receipt of the studies.
