The RFQ will also contain a bid alternate for the on-site installation of both booths. Delivery terms will be 105 days -- one (1) each FOB destination to Lewiston Port of Entry (POE), Lewiston, NY and Peace Bridge POE, Buffalo, NY. The applicable SIC is 3448 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The requirement will 100 percent set aside for small business concerns. Dealers are advised that the actual booth manufacturer must also be a small business. The RFQ will be available on or after February 24, 1999.
