The sheet piling must have a minimum long term allowable moment of 3,800 ft-lbs and meet additional specifications identified in the solicitation. Responding suppliers may submit any material except steel for evaluation. Delivery is fob destination within 75 days after award, to Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge which is approximately 14 miles north of Jet, Oklahoma. The solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The SIC is 3089. The contract will be awarded as a commercial item purchase under the authority of the commercial item test program.
