Involves the construction of an 1 square foot Rocket Motor Dissection Facility with 6 room: 3 work rooms, a shaker room, a equipment room, and a mechanical room. Also building has exterior rolling doors with electric operators and exterior personnel doors. Site work includes installation of asphalt paving and connection to utility stubs in the area. Concrete work includes footing, grade wall, floor slab, exterior ramps into doors, and a shaker pad. Mechanical includes heating, cooling, drain system with storage tank, fire suppression, and brine tank with pump. Electrical includes the following: Provide 277/480 volt service, facility ground, lighting, red rotating beacons, emergency lighting, and power to doors and other mechanical equipment. Provide and install lightning protection. Estimated range: $500,000 -- $1,000,000 Performance period: 270 days after receipt of notice to proceed The approximate issue/response date will be 23 FEB 1999. Notelephone requests.
