Furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment and perform all work in strict accordance with specifications, schedules, and drawings forming parts thereof, to Replace Heaters, in Building 130. Replace all propeller fan steam heated air handling unit, and remove unneeded air handing units and unit heaters at Bldg. 130. Twenty-one (21) existing vertical unit heaters and five (5) existing horizontal unit heaters are to be removed and replaced with appropriately sized units, sizes and locations will be noted in project drawings. All valves, strainers. traps, controls/thermostats, electrical wiring, and any hardware/plumbing necessary to connect to the in-place steam system shall be supplied as a part of this contract. A new air handling unit with steam heated coil, concrete pad sized for the supplied unit, all piping, valves, strainers, traps, controls/thermostats, dampers, ductwork, electrical wiring, and any hardware/plumbing necessary to connect to the in-place steam system shall be supplied with this contract. Six (6) existing air handling units and associated equipment and connections shall be removed and resulting openings repaired to match surrounding walls. Two (2) existing horizontal discharge unit heaters and associated equipment and connections shall be removed. All work shall be performed at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama, 36201, in the East Area in Building 130. Estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. One Job.
