Delivery of the items will be to KSC three weeks after receipt of the order This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. The Contracting Officer intends to use a NASA on-line purchase system and quotes must be submitted using the system. The system is free and utilizes the internet.
