Specifications shall be as follows: Line 0001 -- Sheeting, Material, "Excel", Continuous logo consists of Naval Medical Center, San Diego, CA (NMC-logo), Line 0002 -- Sheeting, Material, "Excel", Continuous logo consists of NMC-Logo, Line 0003 -- Sheeting, Material, Champagne w/Wright-Patterson Inns Logo, Logo shall be exactly as specified in drawing. Line Item 0004 -- Blanket, Natural 100% Cotton, NMC-Logo, Delivery is FOB Destination FCI Miami, FL. The estimated quantity for the base and Option Years is: Line Item 0001 -- 7,000 Yards, Line Item 0002 -- 10,000 Yards, Line Item 0003 -- 15,000 Yards, and Line Item 0004 -- 1200 EA. The Delivery Order Minimum is: 10,000 Yards for the Sheeting Material, and 1,000 Each for the Blankets, The Delivery Order Maximum is 30,000 Yards for the Sheeting Material, and 3,600 Each for the Blankets. This requirement is domestic only, and is all or none. The award will be based on the best value to the Government. The Evaluation Factors are: Price, Past Performance, and Specifications.
